Who we are

Thumprint Solutions ("we," "us") is a marketing intelligence consultancy. This policy describes what information we collect through thumprintsolutions.com and how we use it. Questions? Email landon@thumprintsolutions.com.

What we collect

Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to The Signal, we collect your email address. We use double opt-in: nothing is stored on our mailing list until you click the confirmation link we send you. Confirmation requests also record the IP address and country reported by our hosting provider, used solely to detect abuse of the signup form.

Contact and bookings. If you book a call or email us, we receive whatever information you choose to share (name, email, company details) and use it only to respond and provide our services.

Technical data. Our site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) to deliver and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioral data.

How we use it

We use your information to send the newsletter you asked for, respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, and keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to operate: Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection via Turnstile), Resend (email delivery and mailing-list storage), and internal project-management tools. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Retention & your choices

You can unsubscribe from The Signal at any time using the link in any email, and you can request deletion of your data by emailing us. We keep subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed and business records for as long as legally required.
